PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Town of Hammond will hold a Public Hearing during the Regular Town Board Meeting on April 12, 2023 @ 7:00pm at the Town Office Building, 21 S. Main St. Hammond, NY. Discussion will be on Local Law #2: A Local Law Providing Volunteer Firefighter and Volunteer Ambulance Workers Real Property Tax Exemption. Copies of the law are available at the town clerk’s office. All parties will be given the opportunity to be heard. Persons may appear in person or by agent. Written comments and special conditions must be received prior to hearing.
