NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE TOWN ASSESSMENT ROLL

(Pursuant to Sections 506 and 526 of the Real Property Tax Law)

HEARING OF COMPLAINTS

Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Hammond County of St. Lawrence has completed the tentative assessment roll for the current year and that a copy has been left with the Town Assessor and Town Clerk at the Hammond Town Hall, where it may be seen and examined by an interested person until the last Wednesday in May (or other date, if applicable, as adopted by Local Law No.1-2006). The tentative assessment roll is also available for viewing on the assessing unit’s website-www.townofhammondny.com or the St. Lawrence County website- www.stlawco.org- per requirement of RPTL section 1590(2).

The Assessor, or his or her designee, will be in attendance with the tentative assessment roll at the Hammond Town Hall Assessor Office. Phone: 315-324-5321 ext. 14

The Board of Assessment Review will meet on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 between the hours of 4PM and 8:00PM in said town at the Town Hall to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.
